Pet Policy

Maximum Number of Pets: 2 per apartment
Maximum Weight Limit: 75 pounds (combined adult weight)
Monthly Pet Fee: $35 per pet
One-Time Nonrefundable Pet Fee: $350 for the first pet, $150 for each additional pet

Breed Restrictions: No Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans Pincers, Chows, Akita, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, or mixes of these breeds are allowed. We reserve the right to make adjustments to this list as needed. Somerset Apartments utilizes PetScreeing and participates in the PooPrints program. All dogs are required to provide a DNA cheek swab sample. Dog breed restrictions apply. We reserve the right to add additional breeds to this list at any time.
